John brings more than 35 years of experience in the building industry, backed by a degree in Building Construction from the University of North Florida and his certification as a General Contractor. In 1997 he founded Legacy Builders with a clear purpose: to craft thoughtfully designed and beautifully built homes that are tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle.

In 2020, John's daughter, Annie joined the company continuing the family Legacy with a shared passion for bringing each client's vision to life. Together they are committed to a highly personalized building experience rooted in collaboration, creativity, and trust.

From the foundation to the finishing touches, every detail is approached with care and precision. We take great pride in constructing exceptional custom homes, however it is the relationships we build along the way that we value most.
